For the renovation of Museum van Bommel van Dam in Venlo, we collaborated with BiermanHenket to create a series of handmade tiles. The project holds special significance to us, as Venlo is our hometown and the museum now occupies the former post office building.

We collected and processed waste materials from the original structure, integrating them into the new tiles. Through this approach, fragments of the past were transformed into part of the museum’s present, linking architecture, memory, and material continuity.

The result is a collection of tiles that not only complement the building’s refined design but also embody its history, giving new purpose to what was once discarded.
